Luca Toni Celebrates
I didn’t get to see this game because it wasn’t showing for me, but I can’t wait for the highlights. Bayern wanted to close the season on a high note, and close it with emphasis is what they did. Bayern capped off the first leg of the season with an exclamation point. Bringing home a UEFA win 6-0 against Aris. Four goals were scored by Luca Toni as well as a goal by Lell and Lahm.

I just want to say that I hope Bayern and Lyon don’t have to play each other in the Champions League next year because our Europe kits look exactly the same.

What a relief! I love that look Toni gave Ribery after the first goal — vindication. Do they even have something to call four goals by one person in a game?

I think, somewhere very distant, I heard a cash register cha-ching when Lahm scored. ManU is going to have to pay out the nose if they want him (and I hope he doesn’t leave).
