Lúcio says It’s Time To Leave
By: Angela | March 24th, 2008Rumors have been swirling about Lucio leaving for Barca lately, but he has come forward and said that there is no agreement with them. While there is no agreement, he keeps hearing it a lot. Furthermore, while he doesn’t have a deal with another club, he does wish to leave Bayern.
“There isn’t anything official, but I have been hearing that a lot in Spain,” he told a German press source.
“Still, it is time to leave Germany. I am feeling well at Bayern, but it is time to go.”
Bayern have tried to keep him, but he wants a new challenge and is looking to leave Bayern at the end of the season. Now that is wish has been made clear, Bayern have conceded to let him go to any club that offers somewhere in the region of €15 million.
