Hi all football lovers!
Marcell Jansen is a great football player despite his height and weight.
If I may note one thing, so considering he is not 85 kg but he weighs 75 kg.
He is both stylish, fast and sexy. He has them 3 s: a ( In swedish! snygg, snabb och sexig)
Now he has indeed gone to the hamburgers and I understand him because he did not play in Bayern. : (
Hope he gets more playing time in Hamburg!

I’m sure Jansen is a classy player but I’m not too disappointed that he left. I would snap and die if I see Lahm leaving though.

Richard: I am working on profiles for the entire team. I have only done Mark van Bommel, Miroslav Klose and now Marcell. The rest will be coming.

Diana: I hope you are enjoying them and learning about the players. I’m having fun doing them.

John: I agree and I hope that Klinsmann will play him in that position more often.

He’s a better defender than Lahm and can play higher up the field. he will be very useful when Klinsmann switches the team to 3-5-2 as he will be the better option to play on the left wing.

LOL, Angela. Thanks for this profile on Jansen. I don’t really know a lot about him until now.

My first impression of him was that he played for Borussia Mönchengladbach. At least that was what I remembered during the World Cup on which club he play for. Then when Mönchengladbach was on the brink of relegation or something towards the end of the 2006/07 Bundesliga season, he went to Bayern. Other than that, that is more or less what I know about him…until this.
