I’ve read on the internet (Goal.com) that Bayern are offloading Jose Ernesto Sosa to Italian First Division outfit Palermo! That should make some people on this site very happy, now all we have to do is offload Lucio to AC Arseholes to complete the clean out of the dead wood lying around at FC Bayern now that Podolski will be going over the summer!

i’m really excited about the prospect of having Breno play more matches once Lucio leaves… of course, he will be behind Demichelis and Van Buyten, but damn, this kid is a future star, along with Kroos who they should not even think of offloading. These two players, Bayern must never quit on. They can quit on Sosa though, coz I already did, a long, long time ago.

They’re not holding on to him. they have offered him up on loan and nobody wants him…we can’t even GIVE him away. I’m no fan of him. What a flop.

Adam: You just won yourself a big fan. Not a fan of Lucio either. I would be glad to see him go, but I’m not completely hopeful because he pulls this gripe every time it gets cold in Munich.

Jocamryn: Why do they keep hanging on to him?

Juliet: The problem with Podolski, in my opinion, is that his ego got a little bigger than his game. In Cologne he was a super star. On the NT he was great, but they also built him up much bigger than he was which contributed to him thinking he was entitled to many things. He has never performed for Bayern the way he did Cologne or the NT. His heart never belonged to Bayern and that’s fine, but if you’re going to sign for a team then you have to give your all every performance and Lukas just never did that for Bayern. And yet, he still wanted everything the the guys who kill themselves for a glimpse of the starting line got. And I actually am not a fan of Lucio at all. I think it’s well past time for him to go.

Honestly I’m not sad in the slightest to see Podolski go. He’s amazing internationally but has been a huge dissappointment for Bayern. However maybe if he put half as much effort into FCB as he did into bitching about how he wasn’t getting enough playing time he would have actually been playing. I don’t think his heart has ever been with FCB.

As for Lucio, if he needs help packing tell him to give me a call and I’ll be right over to help him get outta town. Not a fan!

I agree with A Kap, sorry Juliet, in that I will be glad to see Lucio go at the end of the season. Hopefully we can offload him to AC Arseholes for an exorbitant price! His lazy performances this season warrant Bayern offloading him, especially since we have a ready replacement already waiting in the wings with the classly Breno! Not to mention Angelas favourite Van Buyten!

Sad news about Sagnol. Unfortunately, I can barely remembering seeing Sagnol play for Bayern. I remember being impressed by him in the World Cup, but he’s been fighting injuries for a long, long time.

I guess I’m not surprised they wouldn’t let Poldi go before the end of the season, since they don’t know for sure if Donovan will stay beyond March and Olic doesn’t arrive till the summer. Still, I’d had big hopes for Poldi two years ago and I’m sorry that it hasn’t worked out. The Germany fan in me would’ve loved to see him go to a high-profile team, but it seems refreshingly perceptive of him to see beyond the years he’ll spend playing and instead opt set up a good personal life.

I think pretty highly of Lucio’s skills, but he’s been making noise for a while and maybe he’s just looking to move back to somewhere warm, where he can take on a less demanding role.
